My husband and I did our first big car purchase with truck universe and the whole experience was wonderful. The whole staff is great. Heather did an exceptional job getting us into a car. Everyone at this dealership was great! We live over 2hrs away and they sent videos and additional pictures of the car we were looking at ahead of time. Loved the car and purchased it that day. The car we got was missing a couple of things (head rest and floor mat) and they put it in the contract to purchase the missing items and send to us directly. Most dealerships stand firm on the "SOLD AS IS" but this company told us they were taking care of these items before we even asked. Definitely glad we made rhe drive to this company in Morrison TN - It was well worth it in the end!

I can't say how wonderful these folks are. They made the buying experience super simple and Luca, Heather, and Omar were so friendly. They were also very transparent and provided me with carfax and service history of the vehicle I purchased without me even having to ask. I would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle from them.

If you’re looking for a vehicle, especially a truck, I highly recommend stopping by. There’s no sales pressure and Luca did an excellent job of showing all the vehicles while answer any questions I had.
